1. Our role
Jekky Marketpoint provides a platform where sellers list items and buyers contact them. For marketplace listings we are not the seller, we do not own the items and we are not party to the transaction. For Global Supply requests we act as a sourcing agent and logistics coordinator, and shipping is performed by third-party providers.
2. Accounts
You must give accurate registration details, keep your password secure and accept responsibility for activity on your account. Accounts used for fraud are suspended.
3. Listings
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. All listings are reviewed before publication, and we may reject, edit or remove any listing that breaks our seller guidelines or the law.
4. Transactions and risk
Marketplace payments happen directly between buyer and seller. We do not hold or transfer those funds, and we do not guarantee any seller, item or outcome. Inspect items and verify ownership before you pay.
5. Prohibited use
You may not post stolen, counterfeit or illegal items, impersonate others, scrape the platform or attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts or data.
6. Changes
We may update these terms; the current version is always published on this page.
