Jekky Marketpoint coordinates sourcing and shipping for Global Supply orders. For marketplace listings, delivery is arranged directly between buyer and seller.
How shipping is priced
Shipping is quoted for each order based on the product, its weight and dimensions, the destination and the provider used. We do not publish fixed rates, because a quote that ignores those factors would be inaccurate.

Every Global Supply order moves through these statuses:

How tracking works today
Status updates are entered manually by our team as each step is completed, and the carrier tracking number is published on your order as soon as the parcel is handed over. We do not offer automatic real-time tracking yet — that requires direct integration with logistics providers, which is planned for a later release.
Who is responsible for what
For sourced products, Jekky Marketpoint acts as your sourcing agent and logistics coordinator. Carriage itself is performed by third-party shipping providers, and customs duties or import charges at the destination are the customer's responsibility unless the quotation states otherwise.
