Quotations
Shipping is quoted per order based on the product, weight, dimensions, destination and provider. A quotation is valid for the period stated on it, because carrier rates change.
Destinations
We ship within Nigeria and to supported international destinations including the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, Canada and Turkey. Other destinations are considered on request.
Timelines
Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier. Customs processing, public holidays and carrier backlogs can extend them, and those delays are outside our control.
Duties and taxes
Import duties, taxes and customs charges at the destination are the customer's responsibility unless the quotation says they are included.
Tracking
Order statuses are updated manually by our team, and the carrier tracking number is published on your order once the parcel is handed over. We do not offer automatic real-time tracking yet.
